    Rye Pale Ale Recipe Wanted

    I did one a while back,it's 6th one down in the 'complete and brewed' section. I was very happy with the result,would certainly re brew it,possibly could have upped the rye.Was only a 6 litre brew so would need upscaling. Dare say plenty more will come along with more recipies very soon:thumb:

    :lol::lol: Well it's in the FV now,hit my OG,just.Used the whole pack of yeast however.Re hydrated 1/2 pack as normal but first lot sank straight to the bottom of my jar,Mmmmmm, so added the rest which floated as per normal and after 10/15 minutes was re hydrating nicely.

    Japanese knotweed wine.

    Be careful. Like Rhubarb not all is edible and at certain times of the year none is think i would leave well alone.Besides you won't know if it's been sprayed with herbicides:nono:

    Don't do 40 pints at a time just partially for that reason,prefer to do small batches as well to ring the changes. Will be using the other half of the yeast soon,any suggestions as to 'proper' recipie?
