Yes mate iv got a pale ale in a cool place for the next 3 weeks at the moment, just planning my next one really. Ill look into what hops are used, when you say dry hopping.. at what point of the brew do you add your hopps? thanks

Good afternoon, just a couple of more questions... My favourite at the moment is punk ipa, I really like citrus tasting beers like that. If I was wanting to make my beer taste a bit citrusy like that, what can I add the ready made beer kits to do this? I appreciate its hard to make it taste...

Hi mate, brilliant reply that thanks! Iv got a plastic keg with a tap on then a co2 valve ontop, im assuming you can release pressure with this valve aswell? Ill invest in one of those large containers, good shout. Cheers Ryan

Morning all, iv got one of these starter kits for christmas, basically with a bag of ingrediants already mixed up, a bag of sugar and a small sacet of yeast. I kno this probably sounds garbage to everyone but I dont want to run before walking. I was wondering if using tap water to brew was ok...
