    Bulldog, Hammer of Thor

    Put my hammer of Thor in shed on Monday to cold crash,some bottles really clear after second fermentation and others slightly hazy.Yesterdays temp was 7c so had a look at bottles last night and all of them are now really hazy.Going to leave in shed for a couple month but no idea if going to clear.

    Hammer of Thor going in shed Tonight for cold crash and conditioning,leaving it till Easter.Then a Wilko feeling Hoppy IPA after getting the Christmas ale sorted.

    Haha no probs Pavros,I brewed the Wit for Christmas gone and was a lovely beer.I gave to brother in law without saying from a kit and he was none the wider.That had 8 weeks conditioning...well half of it did.My patience levels are still being strengthened.

    Thanks Pavros,going to get it brewing on Saturday. I was watching a YouTube review Christmas ale,it was bottled in 2017 the bloke forgot about it and found in his shed after a clearout.Review was from last year and he said it was the best ale he had ever tastes .
