How much sugar should I be using per bottle? Just had a batch of bottles that randomly exploded when opened. I was making up a sugar solution of 5g per bottle and adding to an 2nd fv mixed with beer before bottling. Thanks F

Hi All I am currently doing biab stove top brews using a 15l pot. What would you recommend to buy first a larger hlt or mash tun. I have seen the Peco electrim mashing bin & boiler are these any good as I currently use a gas hob? Any suggestions welcome? Thanks Fran

Hi I have only been brewing SMASH recipes up to now. I have some Target, Northern Brewer, Fuggles, Chinnok, Styrian Wolf & East Kent Goldings. Can someone recommend a recipe using a combination of these please? Thanks
