Using it as a base malt, more than 90% of the grain bill. I mostly use Crisp malts, so don’t want to sound like I’m attacking the company. Just seems to me that their Munich malt produced an unpleasant beer when used as a base malt.

Hi Guys I just signed up to Brewdog Fanzine, 3 cans a month of new experimental beers for £11 delivered. Sounds pretty good to me, really looking forward to trying some beers I otherwise wouldn't buy. Maybe expand my tastes a little. Anyone else subscribed?

Maybe someone more experienced will contradict me, but I don't see any reason why you'd need to add any sugar? If you like flat beer there's no need to carbonate.

I’m guilty of never having entered a beer in the competitions, hopefully last months low participation will encourage more people like me to get involved.

High fermentation temps with no off flavours. Never had the opportunity to try a beer made with a Kveik strain, so I suppose I still don’t quite know what to expect.

Hi Guys Brewed an Elvis Juice clone, turned out pretty well so I wanted to share my experience. Recipe was straight from DIY Dog, slight variation was a 60 min mash at 67C and the use of 2 packs of US-05. Zest of 3 grapefruit was added at 10 mins before end of boil. Just the right amount...

We’d have to move away from FPTP before that could happen. I’m a paid up member of one of the big parties, but am starting to think proportional representation might be better.
