A big glug normally in about 10 litres of water. I don’t go in for measuring stuff like that. Like I say I rinse until I can’t smell it anymore.

All the supermarkets sell it. About 30p for two litres. I don’t use is as no rinse though. Clean with it mixed with hot water and then rinse with clean water until I can’t smell it any more.

I use thin bleach to clean. Cheap as chips.

The place I use do lamb and sheep meat so I think the goat will be legit. Didn’t have enough freezer space to get the 10kg of chicken legs they were selling for £9.99.

Off to the local Indian supermarket in a bit. Going to get some chicken legs to make tandoori chicken as they sell them really cheap. Also going to get some goat meat.

Try a bacon sandwich using a toasted hot cross bun. Don’t know why but it works.

I made several batches of tea wine years ago. My p***pot mates used to love it. Came out tasting like sherry. Passed the recipe on to a few home brewers on another forum and they still mention it to this day!

I had a request from the wife to make some a few weeks back. Also knocked up some lemon curd to go with them which is the stuff in the bowl.
