It’s good everyone has a different taste, and it changes ! But as some have mentioned desert stouts, stronger ipa’s and lately the Belgian beers that taste aniseed 🤮 I just find them terrible and overrated for me

Not Brewing but ! I remember a freind when I was younger changed the oil in his car 🤔 After starting to fill the engine he remembered he hadn’t replaced the drain Plug 😳 and there were a couple of litres of oil on n his driveway.

Missus bought me a few Belgian trappist style ales for my birthday but they werent really to my taste until i tried some chimay beers ! so Maybe

All Im just wondering what people are brewing ? I've a pilsner, stout, Hazy IPA, Red Ale that im brewing regularly and are tasting ok. Not sure what to try next

I tried a bottle last night, it’s just starting to get to a good carbonated level after around 5 weeks in the bottles. Tastes good, a little hint of the coffee and a good warming whisky taste but not too overpowering :beer1:

20L of a Dark Pilsner, I’ve used 0.5kg of Cara bohemian in the grain bill. Total 8216L

A couple of brews ago ! Making a Neipa I forgot to cool the wort before the hopstand and as expected the beer was really bitter. I won’t forget again aheadbutt

It will be around 4x weeks since bottling next week so I’ll have to try a bottle 🤔 Last year I saved a few for the Xmas period, but ended up drinking most throughout the year :beer1:

:onechug: I’m happy it’s my third year brewing. Cycling, a run out on the bmw, and making homebrew keep me busy without the trackdays. I still go along and help a few friends, to many things and not enough time 🙄

So China and the East etc have had huge economic growth, why do people still flock to Europe ! And the huge number of illegal immigrants heading here. maybe they should be heading in the opposite direction !
