    So I added 100g of sweet oj peel at 10mins left of boil and a jar of marmelade. When bottling I added a litre to missus soda stream to carbonate. Tasted good, the rest was bottled and should be ok in another week or so. next brews gonna be a Golden Ale

    Ive another hazy ipa to brew tomorrow ! Toying with the idea of adding a jar of orange marmalade to the boil and some sweet orange peel at flame out to raise the juicyness ! Anyone tried this ??

    I do a stout using similar recipe to brewdogs Islay paradox, I add 100g of Lavazza ground coffee at flame out for 20 mins. Works well, and here’s normally around 20-25L after the boil

    I’ll 2nd the M54 mangrove jacks yeast, I’ve been using for a while for my Pilsner, says you don’t need to Lager but I still leave mine for several weeks.
