I use Mangrove Jack M54 which ferments at normal temperatures, I used to cold crash for several weeks as a pilsner recipe from weyerman. But I now only CC for a week, I don’t taste any difference.

😹😹 Crazy ! That’s the climbing Was doing some track stuff over in Spain 🇪🇸 and had few spare days so stayed in Falset had a wee wine tour round the vineyards and ended up at Suirana apparently quite famous for climbing 🧗‍♀️ did see a few people hanging around

😹😹 last year not far from Altea, one of the climbs not sure which (Coll de rates) maybe, traffic was going that slow we were overtaking cars and camper vans too 🙄 Obvs going down other side 🚴 💨

Cycling seasons over for me as it’s cold and wet 🙄 but I bought a spinning bike last year so try to get on it a few hours a week to keep the muscles moving. And ready for Gran Canaria again next January, enjoyed it that much last year I’m going for nearly 4x weeks this year 🌞🏝️🚴🌋

I’ve stayed in the Scrabster Hotel a few times when doing some of the NC500 route 🏍️ Luv that section of road A9 over to Latheronewheel. Went off track there, Popeyes bar which is part of the hotel do excellent fish&chips if your ever waiting for the ferry 👍

Disappointed with Las Palmas (Gran Canaria) I had 3x weeks cycling using Las Palmas as a base, one of the bars had 3x draught lines and various different ales though. So if anyone’s over there it was one of the only places I found that was ok !(
