Agree with those above, try and keep it simple. On my old set up I had a rotating sparge arm, but as good as it looked spinning away. It never really gave enough flow. Now I just carefully pour the water carefully onto the grain bed. Practice getting your technique right on smaller batches then...

Dry hopped today with the remains of my Citra (56gms). I am going to leave this until Friday and then cold crash down to around 9c for 24 hours or so. Going to see if this helps the protein haze anyway. Or would someone recommend 1-2c?

I made a batch of chemsan up so a can spray all the handles and gubbins. I also have around 600ml of IPA at 99.9%, just need some aloe vera gel to mix it with.

I had to sell my turbo trainer, I just could not get on with it. Even when using Zwift, I just melted even with a huge fan blowing and the monotony. We will probably end up decorating, and fettling the garden when it’s dry. Though I do need to fully strip down, clean grease and reassemble my MTB.
