Does anyone have any recommendations on what to use to remove gluten from our brews. The wife who like to partake in drinking my beer has become gluten intolerant. So I need to find a way to easily remove the gluten from the brew. Thankfully it’s an intolerance rather than an allergy. Advice...

The only problem I see now is that they are now in the back end of Colne, so collection is now a pain in the bum.

I tend to agree, I have had 1 issue and it took a few weeks to get a reply (holiday season). But once in their sight it was resolved very quickly. I use them quite often as I pass them on they way to work so collection is handy.

I use sugar sticks to prime the bottles, then fill directly from the fermenter with a siphon and wand.

All what is your go to kit cider? I’ve tried the Mangrove Jacks Apple, and most recently the Festival kit. my preference is the MJ one as I find the Festival kit to have a chemically taste (sweetener?) or forced apple flavour.

What are your go to grains and hops that you always have in your inventory. I am putting a bulk order in, and I am looking for suggestions, Pale malt I am good with, it’s the “others” you have? Cascade/Citra/Magnum and Target is what I already have.

I really liked the Weissbier and will be doing it again. Very good flavours.

This one is the first one I thought of.

I found it has taken around 6 weeks for my Barley Wine to carb up. I was worried at one point, so I inverted them all a couple of times and they are now going to be ideal for Christmas.

As @Clint says a brew fridge is the easiest, I use the inkbird with heat mat with no issues.
