Roughly every 4 weeks (22l) - the temp controlled brew fridge is rarely empty !

As above - move inside to a nice warm spot and wait a couple of weeks.

Now it all makes sense

Out of interest - why do you mash and then not boil until next day ?

So... my new found AG brewing voyage continues ..and ... 12 months ago I read about the whole 2+2+2 thing but no doubt like any noob Brewer I continually pushed for 2+1 and a bit ... It’s only now that I’ve grown patience that I’ve realised time is one of the secret ingredients and the above...

I bought a few Walkmans last summer at boot sales and flogged then for 10x on eBay - funded some of my brewing additions !
