Has anybody brewed this yet? I'm going to have a go at the weekend but struggling to decide on a water profile. Was going to go with Randy Mosher Ideal Pale Ca=110, Mg=18, Na=16, Cl=50, S04=275 but not sure about the sulfate being a bit high, anybody any thoughts? Cheers
