    Brewing with fruit

That's a shame I love the funkin pro passion fruit in a pale ale base but 2kg per 20 litres makes it as expensive as a top dollar neipas hop bill. I tried tinned mango pulp it didn't really work so I was hoping yours would.

    AI generated recipe

Very interesting comments it also beat me yesterday researching a bid. News of a large contract was removed from sellers website at client insistence. Chatgpwhatsit still had a record of it as works off a 2021 data set. Lucky break, LinkedIn led me to same conclusion but the AI had the press...

I use it in all my hop fwd beers. I've never done side by side tests but I certainly use less dry hops than I used to.

    Cleaning products and regime

I only sterilise my bottle tops, siphon and teaspoon and funnel used to prime. The bottles go in the dishwasher and that's enough. My fermenter is metal so the wort goes is at just under 100 Celsius. I bought a kilo of percarbonate yonks ago I use 1 tsp in warm water. I don't use a hydrometer...

    Smart meter [poll]

Someone at my work reckons they reduced leccy consumption by 30%. Used a gadget you plug into socket then plug in device to get a feel for what was using the juice. They also replaced kitchen lights with LEDs so we're going for it
