    Thanks Wilfy, I wasn't really thinking of it making the keg contents go off, but more of any nasties that may develop in the beer line and be transferred to the glass on my next session

    Advice please - Increasing ABV from beer kits

    What is the advised method of increasing ABV of a kit such as woodfordes wherry, I prefer beers of about 5 - 5.5% ABV Would I brew short ? Or would more sugar/yeast/other addition, increase ABV Many thanks for any suggestions
