Its the pilgrims reward ipa in the fermenter at the moment. It's only been doing two days and it's down on 1.015. I know what you mean, I try and leave them as long as I can if brewing a lager to try and get the clean crisp taste and serve ice cold

All the kits I've done from hamstead homebrew have included malt extract in plastic white tubs. I've got the funky bow wow, and I noticed the malt extract is in two white pouches. I wonder if it's the same malt extract or different?

It is indeed their take on punk IPA. It supposed to be a good kit. I'm still enjoying their cardinals ale delicious fairplay. Really good service from hamstead homebrew. I ordered from them yesterday morning and it arrived today. Really well packaged too.

Received my homebrew delivery today. Should keep me going for a while :-)
