    OK, so after some checking, watching videos etc I've come to the following conclusion in terms of my cider making process, please feel free to correct me if anything looks obviously wrong! Gather the apples in going to use, clean in a bucket with Campden tablets and leave for around 1 hour...

    Hi Itry - not sure what turbo brewing is but to start with I'm using a kit so I imagine that this qualifies. I am however hoping to move on to using apples - I think I know where I can get a reasonably good quantity.
