4.6kg pilsner
1kg munich 1
150g carapils
10g galaxy 15% @60 mins
110g talus 9.2%whirlpool 98c for 20 mins
140g talus dry hop

edit mash 67c for 60 mins
Brew 3, talus hops on their own!!
Slight floral taste with huge juicy pink grapefruit finish.
I put 110g in whirlpool, and 140g dry hop, the aroma and flavour is amazing.Using 05 yeast.
Crossmyloof do a nice 250g bag of talus.

If you have only used it a few times i would return it and get a replacement.
There is no chance you managed to get any beer in it while doing a closed transfer? I use the same and always remove the gauge and just have the blo tie valve on the gas disconect while doing a transfer.
Flavour concentrates, i tried that one and it tasted nasty to me, artificial like some bad cheap squash drink.
Edit:- lots of their beers have concentrated flavours added, parma violets, mallow laser quest, hazy jane guava, elvis juice etc etc.
Have a watch through this video, explains setting up brewfarther with a 35ltr brewzilla. You will need to make slight adjustments, but it's a decent starting point.
As rod mentioned, down load the brewfarther app it's free. That will help you work alot out.Plenty of in depth youtube videos using the software and the brewzilla.
Just a rough guide, for a 5.5 to 6kg grain bill i use about 20ltr mash water and 13 to 15 ltr sparge to get a 29ltr pre boil.
