What have you been cooking in your air fryer?

Chips coated with a bit of melted beef dripping are divine in the air fryer. Yorkshire pudding came out well in our one , ours has shelves and a rotisserie function. Pork chops and roast spuds are very good . Mixed roast veggies with balsamic glaze is anouther family favourite. I use a square...

I wish I had taken a picture , this was my first time with AG only done extract kits prior , best way I can describe what was left after I transfer it was like clumps of wet sponge cake . I'm wondering then if this has something to do with the yeast strain used as well as with kits they form a...

    Cost of the boil.

As a absolute beginner I only understood bits but it was definitely interesting , I had a beer from a festival this summer that reminded me of asparagus , frankly it was not pleasant, I did wonder what was going on and this article has pretty much confirmed it was DMS.

    Polytunnel

Here's my little tunnel, pic from earlier in the season , chillies are nigh on 5ft high and stuffed with fruits now , even the wiri wiri has fruited and I honestly didn't think they would do much as the seed was from UAE. At the very back are minisota melons , one plant died early on due to a...
