My local HB shop have a good deal on loose leaf Cascade hops, but not ever having used leaf hops, what is the difference between the two? Would i need to buy more leaf to get a similar result if using pellets?

It’s going to have some carbonation already as it was fermented under 6psi in the Fermzilla so i guess that would have carbonated to a degree?

I reckon, and I’m guessing, it might also kick off a secondary fermentation in the keg?

Gravity is down to 1.010 from an OG of 1.045, target is 1.009 which should be tomorrow hopefully, then it’s into the keg for a bit of conditioning for a week or two. The sample smelt amazing by the way.
