Hi Obadiah, it’s a golden ale.

I’ve never used one, but another member didn’t seem to rate them, specifically cleaning post fermentation. I’ve never personally used one, but @Tess Tickle may be able to answer any additional questions.

I’ve had a beer fermenting now for three weeks, whilst I was away on holiday. It’s been sitting steady at 18 degrees until about 4 days ago, at this point Temp control was lost control resulting in it coming up to ambient temperature. I’m guessing it’s been mid 20’s as it has been quite warm...

Well it worked, and didn’t experience any boil over either.

Maybe a 3/6 month look back at what went wrong or well, lessons learnt, what you’d do differently now that you know etc. (I’d find that interesting anyway)
