Hi everyone, I'm hoping that you could help me with this one.. I have a chocolate chilli porter that I've brew now for a few times and would like to enter at some point into a competition.., but I'm not sure into which category or beer style..? Any help would be appreciated..... cheers!

In case you want to mix it up... Suremix - a range of food-grade mixed carbon dioxide and nitrogen gases for the dispense of beer.. these mixed gases are widely used because they: give beer a creamier, longer-lasting head.. allow faster dispensing avoid the need for complex electric pumps...
