    Leave the hops in for the cool-down time if they are 0 minute additions. Have a look at mini kegs. You can get 5 litre ones that you prime with sugar and have to drink within a few days once tapped. They can be reused but are designed to be single use...

    You could rig up some sort of system similar to an electric lawn mower where the motor (in this case the pump) cannot activate unless a button is held down first then once its on you can release the other button.     The issue is you can’t guarantee that and it’s still animal products going into the beer making process. If dog poo was a great alternative and someone put it into the fermenter I don’t think I would be buying a pint of turd fined ale in my local.
