    Actually heat resistant silicone tubing?

Hey, we do 2 different wall thicknesses for the 1/2" tubing. Get the thicker 21mm and you will have no issues with it kinking. https://www.themaltmiller.co.uk/product/silicone-tubing-12mm-id/?v=79cba1185463

    Kegs, "kegs" and other 'kegs'

We will have the 4 and 20 litre versions, Kegland had some production issue with these so the release was delayed. They are now available to order and will be on the way to us very soon.

    Oil for the neck

One way or another the way forward is to find out what the make up of your water is and then treat from there. Various ways are available, just what suits you and how much time and effort you would like to put into it. Murphy's ( link below ) offer a service where you send in some of your water...

    Oil for the neck

@BrewJas Really interested to hear your results. The recipe is for the original Neck Oil recipe that was given to me by Logan, whilst I doubt it is exactly the same recipe used today it will be close. We have had really good results brewing it and the reviews are excellent. I would like to help...

Drilling a lid for an airlock grommet

A flat "spade" bit normally used for wood is my go to. 13mm Fits most but I don't know what grommet you have. Go slowly with the drill.

    Can filling machine.

The KegLand version also uses a pinch valve.

    Mash tun without submerged element?

Hey, we can sort this out, couple of things, pretty much all fittings use silicone washers / O rings. If these are done up too tight they leak, they are designed to be done up just about hand tight. If they are leaking there is an issue with either the product or how they have been fitted...

What's happened to Burton Bridge kits?

Nothing to do with the Brewery, the kits just didn't sell well enough to keep being manufactured unfortunately. They have been discontinued. Tom Caxton or Connoisseur would be the best substitute

    Disconnect type for corny keg

No, you keg is not pin lock, it ball lock. This is because it has ball bearings in the disconnect that creates the mechanism. For gas line, it really doesn't matter for the diameter of the line, just what's easier or what you already have. Most use 3/8 but is can be dropped down to get through...

    Disconnect type for corny keg

Hello, Disconnects are one size, there are a couple of factors that differ. Gas and liquid, or in and out are different. Think Grey for gas and black for liquid. Kegland have now added yellow for liquid and red for gas. The new Kegland disconnect have inbuilt push fit fittings. So, in this case...

Advice on upgrading fermentation method - pressurised? Temperature controlled? Both? Neither?

Different products suit different customers. The Brewtools equipment is awesome however, many of their product are aimed at well practiced brewers rather than beginners. I would rather someone spent less and succeeded to carry out the task required easily. Only then moving on up if required.

    Flat It's a Trapp

I would be extremely careful as you will make bottle bombs. You have beer that has loads of fermentability left. then with added sugar for priming, now with fresh yeast. If you try and keg it after bottling you will have sweet oxidised beer. My bet is that, left at room temperature for a month...

    PRV too sensitive

The rating is 5PSI. If you have disassembled the PRV you may not have done the spring up tight enough, meaning it will blow at lower pressure. It is simply the spring rating that makes the PRV blow.

    Crisp Malt Price Reduction

Hello, Normally price changes happen for malts in January and are fixed for a year. However, since we are living through really unusual price movements across many industries, Crisp Malts have actually been able to reduce their prices to us and in turn we will obviously be passing that on to...

    Recomendtion on a 10l fermenter

We use that exact container in the fridge for cooled water. The tap lets air in and you get a big air bubble up through the liquid.

    Significant over attenuation!

@Clarence The problem is the beer has not turn out as the brewer wanted. It is almost certainly caused by some sort of contamination. @DarrenSL Not sure if your fermenter is the same or similar to the one we sell however, the valve should completely disassemble using a 12mm hex bolt
