    Brewzilla Steam Condenser - Wow!

I think you can. It would be surprisingly close to what I have 😁 Each to there own, as @Agentgonzo put it, its makes your life better (more beer is always good) but it is not a necessity.

    Fibre to the property

But don't forget that's outside the walls.. Inside the max speed is the WiFi it's plugged into. But it will still break your postie 🤣🤣

That isn't necessarily nukes.. Are you going off your own topic. 😁

    Brewzilla Steam Condenser - Wow!

Each to there own, but instead of an extracton you have to rig up a condenser. I have a boil over proof lid with a simple fan and a bit of 4" hose. Bit like the air on idea. Don't understand the energy saving tbh. Is that just the effect of having a lid on? 🤔

    Brewzilla Steam Condenser - Wow!

I wasn't going here, but here we are... The whole concept for me is over engineered and over expensive to achieve the objective. If we go back to basics the issue to be solved is move the steam. A secondary benefit could also be to prevent boil over. Easily done with a extractor fan.

Experiment beer ending up too sweet

I don't think it's done yet. Give it time and another taste.

    5L Re-usable kegs?

Have anyone on the forum got one? Wonder if they are better quality or "they would say that"

    Hydroponics? Anyone using them?

.. Or indoors with soil free compost in a propagator. Or outside and dry might be easier? We pickle, dry, freeze, boil, bake and bugger about with all manner of things to ensure a 12month supply?

What are you planning to grow and why hydroponics?

    5L Re-usable kegs?

What? Little? Carts? 🤔 The suggestion of stainless mini kegs I have to agree with. PET Is disposable however much you pay for it. Stainless is forever. 👍👍

What system for first time brewer

I depends on how much you make, or drink. I ferment in mash kettle (might have beyond it) and it's out of the AIO day 7. 2+2+2 is sooo yesterday. If you are making lager, I can understand you wanting the fermenter in a chilled environment (that said an English summer would do it 🤣🤣)

What system for first time brewer

Simplicity is on of my trigger words. 🤣🤣 as are Rapt / tilt / Bluetooth / Internet connected etc are. Some do, some don't. I am a great believer in beer does not need that tech, if you do, that's something you need to rule in or out quite early. It was all so much easier when the world was...

What system for first time brewer

Do you want to stand in front of it? If so go for it. All beer machines are not the same. For similar money you could get a preloved braumeister. Different bit of kit completely.

    5L Re-usable kegs?

Well done. An even better solution.👏👏 You could cut down on the transport issues by bottling bright & force carb.with a couple of gas post carb caps. Careful shopping would get you 6 for £20

    Bottles.

You sometimes see bottles on here too. FYI there is a thought that proprietary one's are much better than say a box of 12 empty ones - they appear to be weaker and no necessarily pressure proof.

    Hot wort to fermenter?

Don't. Leave the lid on after boil. Have a cuppa, do the shopping. When you get back it will be about right. For reference. I leave mine outside in a shed until the next morning.
