    Hi guys . ive just brought some corny kegs but am unsure where to get my Co2 from ?I live in Kent UK . Also do I rent the bottles or can I buy the bottle and refill it . I’ve had a look at some websites that you can get them from but it’s a bit confusing. Hopefully someone can help me . Thanks matt

    Hi So I’ve been given some pilsner malt but don’t really want to make a pilsner as don’t really have the set up for it . I’ve only been doing small all grain brews of 5 litres on the cooker . Can I still use the pilsner to make pale ales ? What would you guys suggest I do with it ? any help...

    Thanks for your reply’s . Was thinking of changing the Maris otter with a pilsner and try making a lager while the weather is still cold . As I understand it I just need to Ferment at a lower temperature. Is this just the case or do I need to do more homework. Thanks

    It's just an Experiment really . To see what it tastes like only going to do 4 litres . Cheap tesco apple juice 65 p a litre . 1 pound for the sweets . Got some washed yeast in the fridge

    O right I didn't know the yeast from wilkos was bascially Nottingham . The only reason I was going to put in to secondary was because I have a tap on that one and use the little bottler to put in bottles which is a lot more easy . Should I just use the one with the tap as FV 1? . Thanks :drink:

With the santa the yeast that comes with the kit is only 6 g and I've read that a lot of people are having trouble getting it down to 1.014 which is the recommended FG . I've been thinking of using a safale 04 the blue one I think .which is 11g ...

    Also Antony I was thinking about woodfords wherry with some spray malt 500g . If I do choice it should i get some hops . Ie: the tea bag ones ?
