    Mangrove Jack's juicy IPA

What sort of flavours did you get with this kit? My Daughter loves a fruity ale I did the Bull Dog Strawberry Pale ale which turned out great and very Strawberry which she loves so I got a juicy IPA but have not brewed it yet?

    Stainless Steel kegs

I brought three from eBay also three spires and two mini regs I guess cost me around £200, I have not had any problems with any of the kit which originally all came from China but I sourced from various Chinese UK based sellers. I have stated before I bottle everything and then decant into kegs...

My Easter Stout turned out well but strong @6% It improved with age because it tasted NEW in the early days (1 month) it lost its Chocolate taste towards the end, after 4 months though

    Stopped bubbling

personally I never check my brews until after 14 days, the less the FV is opened the better the last thing you want is an infection!

    Brewing in the garage

    Swingtop bottles

I have had over 200 bottles for about three years using them all each year, never had to replace a seal and as the swing tops just pull off the bottles they are easily sterilised in a jug whilst doing the bottles

The Range, brew your own IPA kit

Make sure you very carefully cut along the line otherwise you will cut into both pouches inside the outer pouch, I did that when I was just looking for the yeast & hops then had to brew it even though I didn't want to at the time, hey ho!

Busy times from home brew shops

Yes I had an email from Brew to Bottle on Monday saying my order had been dispatched but still waiting for it, Parcel Force website tracking says it was collected on the 15th and that's it, nothing on the website since?

    Bulldog, Evil Dog Double IPA

I don't think it is the hop bag as I have brewed others of theirs with hop bag and no issues, I just think its the strength that over powers the hops. Lovely beer though you just can not drink many, certainly nota session beer!

    Bulldog, Evil Dog Double IPA

Yes I agree, mine was very strong and that out weigh's any thing else, nice strong flavour but not hoppy

    Too early

What was you SG and what beer is it?
  19. parpot

    Bulldog, Evil Dog Double IPA

My OG was 1.062 and FG 1.006. You really need to give the liquid a long vigorous stir to ensure all the LM is mixed with the water completely. 1.046 is a VERY weak SG for this beer.
