Staggered exposure I guess - ultimately (in the wider context of evolution) we all need to be exposed to it and develop (some level of) immunity to it, it just needs to be done in a way that won't overwhelm the NHS, so a gradual relaxation of the lockdown over time perhaps?

In my humble one, if it's brand spanking then prob a rinse through (to get any dust out) will prob suffice before sanitising as normal.

Love this beer and it's slightly stronger cousin dance juice...this has reminded me to try and get a recipe for these, if i find either (as i suspect the former is a slightly weaker version of the latter) will let you know

IIRC the St Peters kits came in two cans (the ruby one did anyway) so you could just do a half batch.

Have you seen Strange Steve's excellent threads re. testing using Salifert kits (for alkalinity and Ca)? I would recommend them as levels fluctuate over time so it's better to test on the day and make any necessary adjustments using CRS / Lactic and Calcium Sulfate / Cholride where necessary
