i've read this thread after just getting hold of a Coopers stout!
i also have 1kg of brew enhancer and 500g of med DME.
hoping for an ABV of about 4.2
my only concern is, will the med DME make this a little sweet?
any thoughts?

I'd go with one carb drop per bottle, it's a right pain if it's too fizzy, goes everywhere but the glass and stirs up the yeast sediment. I also pour into a large jug with plenty of head space just to be sure

I put some casters on a tall wooden stool. FV on top, fill with wort then wheel it into the pantry. 2 or 3 weeks later, wheel it to the kitchen table and bottle.
