Hi all Took the plunge and ordered a B-Stock brew kettle from the above seller on Monday just gone and am getting little twitchy as I've heard nothing from them since then. I emailed them yesterday fishing for shipping info and so far no response. I am an ebay veteran so am not panicking yet...

I had a similar experience with beer brite finings a while back and had to run my brew through 3 nylon seives stacked on top of each other!! This time I'm gonna try and be patient and let time and gravity do its thing athumb..

Cheers for that, had a couple of people recommend having a look at that. If I go down the kit route I'm definitely going to replace the kit yeast with a proper larger one. But I'm waiting for my new brew kettle to arrive so might have a crack at a BIAB lager... Not sure yet
