I have tried the wilkos kits and I brew to 18 litres with a one can kit, add whastever I see lying around the house , golden syrup or black treacle and then add my yeast, I have not had a bad brew yet.

Hi All, Can anyone advise me if I was to use a wilkos one can kit, and bought some malt extract from Holland and barrett, how much malt extract I would need to make a decent beer please. Also would I just warm it up and mix it in the same as I would do with the wilko kit? Many Thanks Dave

Hi, How about a trip to wilkos I get a lot of my beer packs from there, which are very cheap for there own brand, and also you can play about and tweak them to your liking and not worry about losing to much money if anything does go wrong with them. Also a bit dearer kits are the woodfoods bure...
