k i'm back on haven't been on for a while so suppose cant do it with flavors without that annoying sodium ben?

i found one that doesn't have sodium ben, but it has potassium sorbate. is there a way to make potent alcohol from water sugar yeast and some yeast nutrient of some sort? i thought it would be nice to have pure ethanol alcohol somehow and can drop it into the soda or any other drink of choice...
