    WOW won't clear

Did you take a SG reading once you thought fermentation had stopped ? Did you add wine stopper before the finings ?

    Mixed up TC

Fair play mate, I've had a few cherry TC'S tonight and I think I'll drop that from my repertoire for a bit.. Will definitely do the morrisons rhubarb and ginger juice one 8 did before, that was lush Did you do a rhubarb one ? Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

    Brewnight: Strawberry and Lime TC

That's right doomy Took a quick sg reading 6 days in, and down to 1.005, so just about done in primary, will give it another week probably then batch prime and bottle 😀 Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

    Brewnight: Strawberry and Lime TC

Nice work matey, trouble is they disappear too fast 😁 Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

    Brewnight: Strawberry and Lime TC

Yeh sounds about right mate, 80ml of syrup is 68g of sugar so that one will be slightly fizzing At least a week in a warm place (around 22deg would be good), although it will still carb up at lower Temps, just take a bit longer. Ideally use at least one plastic bottle, so you can see how...

    Brewnight: Strawberry and Lime TC

I you're safe enough to assume they're finished mate, on to priming/bottling 😊 Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

    Rhubarb and Apple Cider

I found that with some of mine, make sure the brew is ice cold, and pour into a wet glass ! Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

    Brewnight: Strawberry and Lime TC

Third time out for this bad boy... a winning recipe (in my book anyway) Stuff 16L tesco cheapo AJ (65p per litre) 3 x Lowicz Strawberry (1 for priming) Juice of 5 fresh limes 1L strong tea (5bag) stewed for 15mins 5tsp pectolase dissolved in a cup of warm water Sachet of cider yeast with...

    Brewnight: Strawberry and Lime TC

Aye, once you bottle up, they sound be carbed and cleared before you go anyway (should be ready to sample within a week) Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

    Turbo cider on tap?

In that case you'll need to kill the yeast before adding the lowicz or it'll start fermenting again naturally... You could use wine stopper (potassium sorbate) for this 😊 Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

    Turbo cider on tap?

How are you going to carb it if not naturally ? Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

    Mixed up TC

Aye maybe... my last tc was another cherry which seems to not carb up very well so is generally pretty sh*t Good luck though 😉 Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

    Brewnight: Strawberry and Lime TC

Hmm tricky one mate 1.040 was good for a start point but agree that 1.018 is high for the finished brew plus primer. Are you totally sure of the reading you just took ? Was the lowicz primer well mixed in (ie not just poured in the top) If both of the above are the case, I would say that the...

    Mixed up TC

Sounds weird mate, did you have a taste of the mix before the yeast went in ? Sure it will be nice though... cherry Berry TC 😎 Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

    Glycerin

That's the approach I was leaning towards 😉 Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

    Glycerin

Fairly confident that this topic has been done to death... but to save me looking (😂) I forgot to put some in my last wow, that I've just cleared and am ready to bottle. I reckon I'll just bottle it and see if I notice any difference. But... Do most people add glycerin to their wows...

    Raspberry TC anomoly

Could be bacteria multiplying in the one on the left ? Only kidding, I don't know 😂 Wouldn't worry if it's bubbling though. Ps. Don't sue me if it is a bacterial infection haha Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

    How to make Turbo Cider.

I've certainly noticed an initially dry brew mellowing a bit after a month or so. I make mostly fruity cider concoctions now that don't seem to exhibit the same dryness as straight apple, but the yeast will have something to do with that too Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
