Racked it off just in time went to move it once empty and the top just lifted right off

Hi I've struck a big problem with my first ever wine brew its all been going great fermenting away for the past 6 days but this morning I noticed a puddle of wine round my demijohn. After a closer look I've noticed a huge crack all the way round the base. What should I do would it be ok to rack...

Thanks for the welcome guys just a quick question my first brew has been bottled for two weeks now and it seems to be low on carbonation I primed each 500ml bottle with two carb drops (came with the kit). Just wondering will this improve when I leave them out in the cold for a couple of weeks...
