    The above is what I'm thinking. When you use campden it will inhibit yeast as it will most other things. But the yeast will probably fight back will take a while though.

    You should have more than enough power output on your induction hob. I can get an aggressive boil on 50L with 2.4kw of power. Edit spelling

    Again I'm no expert but I think that is why you use a 2 pronged attack with the potosium sorbate, 12 hours apart. Also as it's in the keg, not the end of the world if it does get going again, just not ideal. Will report back and let you know how it goes.

    Personally I use the threaded disconects with with PTFE and John Guest fittings. Well worth the extra expense. Snugger fitting pipe and may be a jubilee clip might help you.
