I have just ordered a Muntons premium Pilsner kit, this is going to be my first effort at brewing beer, could you recommend a better yeast than the one provided as I hear the one it comes with is not the best. Also any other tips would be welcome. Cheers

Theres plenty of activity in brew , lots of bubbles , How long should i leave before i sifon in to new brew bucket ? Also when should i bottle? I don't want explosive beer either lol, well not exploding bottles anyway. Now 5 days old. Hydrometer reading 1.040.
