This taught me everything I need to know to get started. Word of advice though - don't bother with kits, go straight to extract with steeped grains. It's not much more work and the results are so much better.

Have you tried Oakham Green Devil? Lovely drop, essentially an amped-up version of their Citra. Oddly I can't get it here in Leicester, but they have it in the Tesco in Burscough, Lancashire whenever I'm up visiting my folks.
