Thanks for all the advice maybe ive been eager to bottle it for its done I've got one going at the minute that I would normally bottle but I'll leave it a bit longer see if i can get it to ferment a bit more I'm happy with the wine I've made so far so can't grumble to much

I've bought some new yeast with nutrients added as see how that works next time

Sorry I get it to about 1.000 so mine is probably medium it's just to try to see what its like I have one going at the minute at 1.000 i will leave it to see whats happens thanks again

23 degrees for 3 to 4 weeks this is wine not cider

Wine yeast it tastes like a nice wine just would like it a bit dryer to make cider you don't put sugar in

Just 4 litres apple juice 800 grams sugar the sg is 1.085

I have made 4 lots of wine with apple juice turned out nice but would like it a bit dryer hydrometer reads. 0.010 then stops fermentation would like to get it 0.990 to see what its like any tips thanks

Yes and I followed what he has said and done a rosa but I did one a few weeks ago with 4litres of juice and wasted my money so like I say I'm new and just making sure

I just went for the red grape and apple juice don't really know what I'm doing so 2 litre pom juice 1 litre grape and 1 litre apple seems like a lot of juice

I'm going to asda tonight to get some juice I'm going to do the one I've got going red grape and apple do you think 2 pomegranate and one red grape will work cheers

Have you tried using cranberry juice if so what the mix
