    Newbie bottling advice

    2nd the tabletop capper, never looked back cost about £20 also invest in a bottling tree and fill your bottles in order of height so your not adjusting your capper every time, Also give your bottles a quick twist to make sure the caps are on properly, if any are loose check them the next day...

    Hi I'll looking at kit that is similar to a Budweiser or similar light beer any suggestions? I know most think it's piss water but nothing quenches your thirst after mowing the lawn than an ice cold bud! Any suggestions welcomeacheers.

    Maltodextrin

    Anybody any experience using maltodextrin? I've been brewing for a year now & done about 15 beer kits, some have been great others have fizz but head disappears after 1 minute of pouring. Any help with this would be great, thanks

    You could be right Graz, strange that the exact same thing happened to both of the festival kits I done, never had any other real issues with any other kits. In fact I done the festival new Zealand pilsner which turned out really good, only problem was everybody liked it but me! Far to bitter...
