Festival Golden Stag Summer Ale Review
Just wondering how long you tend to keep it heated after transferring to the PB? Mine would have been kept at 22c for 2 days as from tomorrow, would this be enough or would you recommend to keep it heated for longer? Only reason I ask is that I got an Evil Dog kit this morning and want to get it... -

Festival Golden Stag Summer Ale Review
Well I just transferred my Golden Stag into my PB, the hydrometer was reading 1010 down from 1042, I did find that it took bloody ages to siphon, not sure if it was because of the filter bag or my poor technique?! I had a quick taste and it was very grapefruity and had a pretty bitter aftertaste... -
