    My First Year - Kits

My first year of brewing too and have just stuck to kits for now. Lockdown got me started and I've very much become addicted. My highlights so far from trying about 15 kits are: Mangrove Jack Craft Series Juicy IPA, Mango Pale Ale, Raspberry and Lime Cider and Single Hop IPA. St. Peters Brewery...

Recommend me a lager kit and hops to add

I added the 1.2kg pack of MJ light malt extract, I've always found that gives the best end result. Cheers 🍻.

    Pinter cask and future

To be honest I think the Pinter folk have gone mad with there new offering, in some cases it costs £200 just for the machine! The new presses are around £17 or £15 if you subscribe. There are numerous tales online of the advertised abv being totally unachievable. I've also tried some of the beer...

Ban on new petrol and diesel cars in UK from 2030 under PM's green plan

Magistrate wrote " Chernobyl was nowhere near the disaster painted by those who seem to get so spooked out over the mention of nuclear." I think you need to do some research on the devastating effects that disaster had back then and what is still going on today...

    Trump v Biden.

It's quite interesting David, I'm a big mma fan so I listen to the Joe Rogan podcast a fair bit (some of his guests are quite good/some not so) but one of the things he has been consistently banging the drum on is Bidens mental health and the fact that he is in no condition to run the country...

    Show us your cars.

If I remember rightly bought it in 1995 as an 18 year old for £300 it was a bin and the insurance was obscene!! Still loved it though 😃

    R.I.P Thread.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-58844606 Definitely didn't agree with any of his politics. But 53 years old and had a family, not nice. R.I.P James Brokenshire

😂😂 love an SUV me, brilliant family cars, loads of room. Not for everyone I admit but for us they're perfect.

    Car sales.

This will be my third new Skoda and I have to say they are the best cars I've owned. Excellent spec, well priced and really nice to drive.

    Car sales.

I personally don't need it for towing, it was a £700 option to have the tow bar fitted and I believe it does 1200kg.

    Car sales.

Just ordered a Skoda Enyaq, lovely car with all the room I need for the family. An achievable 330 mile range and with the facility to fast charge. I always said as soon as an affordable good sized EV hit the market with decent range I would go electric.

New Mango Pale Ale from Mangrove Jacks

In interests of fairness I thought I should post my findings as I've just sampled my 1st pint of this from my keg. Again it's really good, lovely mouth feel, carbonation and a beautiful aroma. I'm going to enjoy this afternoon with a few of these I think. Cheers 🍻

    ANTHONY JOSHUA

People just didn't seem to realise how good Usyk is, I have watched most of his fights and I was very confident he would beat Joshua, he is a better boxer on every level than AJ. I saw an interview with AJ yesterday morning and he seemed so lacklustre and uninterested in the fight it convinced...
