    Constant Ruined Brews - Oxidised?

I always seem to create bubbles when bottling, I just pour into bottle from the tap on the fermenter. Never had that oxidised problem. I use swing top empty Grolsch bottles. Hope you get to the bottom of the problem

Dry hopped. Fermentation starting to rocket

Added hops to my double IPA kit on Thursday when SG hovered about the 1008 mark for a couple of days. Checked it just now and it's now at 1004. Any ideas on how its now fermenting more vigorously? Thanks Stevie

For a sweeter wine there are two options I would consider, use the stabiliser to stop...

    Coopers Lager Kit

I like to throw in half a can of treacle and a couple of scoops of coffee (not instant), use 1 kilo of LME or DME and 120g for priming into bottles

    Coopers Lager Kit

The coopers Irish Stout is really good and can be drunk when its young around a month after it is bottled.

    Aldi - Home Brew Kit

Bad beer can have that effect. Bought it as a fun purchase as it was reduced to 15 quid.
