Tesco Ashbeck bottled water works well.

I usually bag the hops and drop in FV after 10 days and so far has worked out fine.

I use the CML Falconers flight ones and Chuck them straight in, never had a problem.

I tried using sugar cubes once but couldn't get them in bottle intact so had to grind them up in mortar and pestle as I didn't have any granulated sugar,now I do the sugar syrup method.

I use 2 litre pop bottles cleaned and sanitised makes bottling a doddle.

Do the SIMPLY PALE with 1kg light DME and 100g Citra dry hop and you will be content.

I've made the simply pale ale kit 11 times now with varying amounts of Citra dry hop and it is a nice ale and very reasonably priced,but if you want a ghost ship clone its not even close.
