Weetabix? New one for me. Looks good though!

What are you drinking tonight 2021?

Thanks. 500ml bottles with a bit of sediment, so we're talking a about 480ml, so not quite a pint.

What are you drinking tonight 2021?

Barleywine at 11.6%! First one I got any reasonable carbonation on. Aged a year and tastes wonderful. Will be turning in soon and leaving water by the bed. Happy Easter.

What are you drinking tonight 2021?

A simple Pale Ale with a bit of Oat Malt and Vic Secret hops. Looks like a failed piss test, but tastes wonderful.

What are you drinking tonight 2021?

It's lovely the sun has come out and the temperature has risen, but I can't be the only one who cringes a little bit when shown a glass of clear hoppy beer in the sunlight.

    Landlord v1.2

1.1-1.5 vols sound fine. Would probably go the upper end of that. Made a Landlord clone myself a few times since it's one of the better-halves favourites. I tend to carbonate more though.

    Bottles and breweries

I don't see any issue provided it's kept in a dark place.

I'd like to know how much they'd charge to close the gate.

    Hop pellets

What part of the brewing cycle are you looking to use the hop pellets? During a boil? In the fermenter (Dry Hopping)? Edit: I think I found your instructions online (attached). Short answer to your question: yes.

What are you drinking tonight 2021?

Based-upon a dark kolsch from The Saint Arnold Brewery in Houston, Texas called Santo. This is the fourth or so time I've adjusted the recipe. They were coming out too brown before and I wanted darker. Went too far this time on the colour, munich and ABV!. BIAB (sorry about the formatting)...

What are you drinking tonight 2021?

This is where I get my bottles: Beer Merchants | buy craft beer and real ale online . I get Flensburger sometimes, but Hacker Pschorr mostly.

What are you drinking tonight 2021?

Dark Kölsch. May have overdid it with the Munich and Carafa (and ABV) this time, but good.

Good spot. 26 is more like it for Doom Bar. I think I know where the recipe came from: All Grain Recipe Kits - Recipe Kit: Doom Bar Clone - The Malt Miller

You could also be impatient and throw in the NB and Perle at flameout. Where'd you get the kit if you don't mind my asking?

    Help with recipe

It looks to me that the Chinook and Fuggles go in at the start of the boil for a full 60 minutes. The Northern Brewer and Perle are added during whirlpooling. What seems odd is that it says whirlpool at 175°C. I'm guessing they mean either 75°C or 175°F???

    Losing hop flavour after time.

    Always a good excuse!

    Losing hop flavour after time.

They don't use kits! However, I'm sure they know that hop bitterness will wear off in time.
