Using keg posts instead of s30

Not using one on the barrel as the naturally produced co2 has gone, there is a pr on the regulator I can pull if need be. Set the pressure on regulator to 8psi so well in tolerance.

Using keg posts instead of s30

So after the 2nd ferment co2 expired swapped caps and running on this now. No leaks stable 8psi happy bunny. The beer is Admirals Reserve

Using keg posts instead of s30

Thanks Buffer πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ I'm thinking on my 2 inch barrel caps, use a standard s30 cap with pressure relief while using secondary ferment gas. Then when that is exhausted, swop caps to one using a Corney keg post maybe. The kegland mk4 regulator would be my go to gas input device, for monitoring...

Using keg posts instead of s30

I have read a post somewhere about swapping out S30 valves on pressure barrels for Corney keg gas posts somewhere and can't for the life of me find it. I am looking at adding a gas post onto a 4 inch barrel cap to utilise my sodastream Corney set up. I think for safety I will leave the s30 on...

What kit beer are you drinking tonight?

Loving the Admirals Reserve. Was a really fast Brew. From pitching to drinking 17 days, clear as a bell and very tasty. A great kit when you need a quick Brew. πŸ‘πŸ‘

    Gozdawa beer kits from Poland

Looks interesting, the Belgian Xmas ale would be on my list πŸ‘ Shame they don't give an estimated ABV on the kits. Nice find though

    Festival Golden Stag

Got a festival golden Stag brewed to 40 pints getting ready to bottle / keg. Does this sound right way to go about things. Transfer from primary about 18.5 litres into Corney keg, add priming suger in proportion to the 18.5 litres, move to warm for 2 weeks to secondary ferment. The remaining...
