I remember sat on the train at Newton Abbot and could see tuckers maltings as we pulled out the station, they used to have the ad banner up for the beer festival.

@thrums1 good luck with the brew, and good luck with the *** ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ Yes, the MJ 1.2kg LME will be used instead of 1 kg of suger, should do the trick. And will prime with Dextrose.

    Gozdawa beer kits from Poland

I put the Belgian Xmas Ale away to condition recently. I bottled some and also filled a Corny. Currently both in cold storage. Had a taste out of the keg yesterday, complex and full bodied. Think I might try the Altbier next. Did you brew yours with liquid malt extract, brewing suger, or...

    Fellow Sodastream Refillers.

Slightly off topic, but anyone else have trouble finding a decent sealing washer that works on a kegland mk4 regulator that has the sodastream adapter fitted. I am seriously peed off with mine. The regulator is great the adapter that allows you to connect the sodastream bottle is useless.

    Fellow Sodastream Refillers.

This is my refill system which allows for precise input into the empty tank.

    Fellow Sodastream Refillers.

I have found the newer bottles take a bit of care. The antifill pin will kick in and close if you try too fast. I invert my donor cylinder and lay the one I am filling down horizontal on a digital scale. Then open the filling valve very slowly so you can just see the weight going up in grams...

    Reliable sodastream gas regulator adapter

As the title says I am looking for recommendations for a leak free connector for my kegland mk 4 regulator to connect to a sodastream cylinder I have bought 3 so far all have issues with either leaks or dodgy O rings that swell, then cut off the gas to the regulator. So far tried one from co2...
