It was supposed to be a cholate vanilla stout/porter , but I forgot to double check the amount of cocoa power to add so added 100g in a 5l batch... So I guess I've made my first pastry stout/porter/milkshake thing....

Yes I was going to use cocaco nibs but my wife pointed out we have lots of cocaco powder and the nibs will probably sit in the cupboard... I will update once its ready :) Thinking about it -I may need to up the level of vanilla I was planning to compensate...

I've Just thought what's the kit and og? One packet may be enough and the instructions are wrong.

If its sealed it may be OK, but you might be better to make a starter with the 1 packet and add that.
