Sorry to jump in, I use VWP for my cleaning and chemsan/starsan for sanitising. What’s the difference between vwp and sodium percarbonate

I just fitted one , was a bit of a ball ache as I introduced a new leak point. Took about 4 cartridges of the little c02 and a couple of new washers to make it seal. I tested it with water first and it’s working. I like it as it gives me an indicator on how the kk is doing

A bottling wand can make a good wine thief for samples. Sanitise one and insert upside down into wort , pump the wand button and then withdraw, the wand will have some wort in it . I do this two or three times for a sample for testing

Kit wise Wobbly Gob do a great blood orange cider. or make a turbo cider with rhubarb added in

You need more juice In the pot so it floats

Could you store the 10 litres on their sides? Trying to work out how to chill them as tight on space and not allowed another fridge anyone know the sizes
