Hi Clint Check out the Morso 04 at DirectStoves. I’ve got a Morso Panther in the house and a Morso Squirrel in my narrow boat, I’ve had Jotul in the past but for me the Morso’s are just that much better. Brian

Yes, very expensive. The chromed aluminium parts and the coated end panels have all bubbled up badly

    GAS bbq...

Hi Clint I’ve on my second Weber summit. The first one was replaced because of corrosion problems, and the second one has the same issues. The aluminium parts start corroding after about a year. It actually works well but not worth the money.

Petrol and diesel prices reach new record high

I've had a Nissan leaf for three years and enjoyed cheap motoring, no longer the case now. Home charging is still reasonable at almost 27p per kW but charging at Instavolt is 44p per kW, I hear this is soon going up to 50p. On average I get about 4 miles per kW so not a lot different to the cost...

    Beer mixtures

Not exactly a beer mix but years ago while I was a Royal Marine I used to go to a pub in Union Street, Plymouth called the United Services. There was an old couple who were in most evenings used to drink pints of scrumpy topped with a capsule of lighter fuel!!!!!!

I've got a 3 year old leaf. Charge capacity so far is no different to when it was new. 35k on the clock.

    Who remembers and used.

I still have this phone operating, no batteries, doesn't need power to operate so in power cuts we still have a phone that works.
