    Added the extra water and all the small bits of yeast around the side are now in the liquid. Still bubbling away Just need to wait for it to complete now

    All going well, its bubbling away nicely. There is some yeast stuck to the side but hopefully when I add the extra water on Thurs they should shift

    Hi all, Been told to get a hobby to get out from underneath the wife's feet. so something I can do, make and consume in the bat cave is ideal. Never brewed before so any advice would be well received.
